The 1980s are back - at least for one night

Yesterday the Hello Everybody embarked on a journey into this decade of our youth. The show hosts were Thilo and Fabian who had just recently returned from a short trip from Åland with Alphaville, the German 1980s icons, onboard.

The playlist:

  1. After the Fire - 1980F (background music)
  2. Extrabreit - Hurra, die Schule brennt
  3. Alphaville - Big in Japan (Eiffel 65 Mix)
  4. Alphaville - Sounds like a melody (Staggaman mix, as background music)
  5. Alphaville - Forever Young
  6. Spider Murphy Gang - Skandal im Sperrbezirk
  7. Nina - 99 Luftballons (99 Red Balloons)
  8. Andreas Dorau - Fred vom Jupiter
  9. Peter Schilling - Major Tom (Völlig losgelöst)
  10. Falco - Der Kommissar
  11. Nicole - Ein bisschen Frieden (International version)
We hop you tune in next week again!

This music is imperialist and retrograde. You are well advised to begin playing Korean style socialist DPRK folk music written by Dear Leader to inspire anti-imperialist struggle.
